26th Annual Regional Art Show and Sale
We’re looking for BACS members to help with the regional art show and sale in the Russo Room in the Town Center Building:
Friday, September 18
2:15–3:15pm: Room setup
3:15–5:30 p.m.: Assistance with art intake; other tasks as needed
5:30 –6:30 p.m.: Hanging the art labels; other tasks as needed
Saturday, September 19:
9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. (in 1-hour shifts): Greeting visitors; facilitating sales
2:00–2:30 p.m.: Checking out the entrants and assisting with the room breakdown

Bedford Day Crafts Booth
We also would appreciate customer service help at the BACS crafts booth for one-hour shifts between 10:00 and 2:30. (We’ll ask the 1:00 volunteer to assist with packing up the items that didn’t sell.) If you would like to help, please contact Gail Terrell at gaila.terrell@gmail.com.
