On January 16 at 6:45 p.m., Kate Hanlon will present an overview of printmaking approaches via Zoom. The heart of her talk will feature a demonstration of white line woodcut techniques. Rather than creating separate woodblocks for each color, white line printers make and paint one block only. Small groves between the elements of the design
create the white line. Kate is an experienced teacher and multifaceted artist, and her demo is sure to
